By hand in lukewarm water, without detergent or with just a little mild soap. Rinse them well, press out the water gently without wringing, and let them air-dry away from heaters and direct sun.

Most grip foams (latex) grip better when slightly damp. Wet the palms with a little water before and during the match.

Soft latex that grips well wears with use; this is normal and not a fault. Gloves last longer if you keep one pair for training and another for matches.
