2. What we collect and why

• Orders: first and last name, phone number, delivery address, email (if you give it) and the items ordered, to confirm, deliver and invoice the order.
• Account: name, email, password (stored encrypted), phone, addresses and wishlist, so you can shop faster and see your orders.
• Team requests: club name, contact person, phone, email, products, logo and message, to make you an offer.
• Contact form: name, phone, email and message, to reply to you.
• Newsletter: your email address, to send you news and offers, only with your consent.

3. Legal basis

We process data to fulfil your order or request, to meet our legal obligations (e.g. keeping invoices) and, for the newsletter, on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

4. Who receives your data

We never sell your data. We share it only with those who help us provide the service: the courier (name, address and phone for the delivery) and the site's technical providers: Vercel for hosting and file storage, Neon for the database (in Frankfurt, Germany) and Resend for sending emails, who process it only on our instructions. Some of them may store data outside Kosovo; in that case we make sure it is protected as the law requires.

5. How long we keep it

Order data is kept as long as the law requires for accounting records. Your account is kept until you ask us to delete it. Messages and requests are deleted when we no longer need them, and your newsletter email when you unsubscribe.

6. Cookies and browser storage

We only use necessary cookies: one to keep you logged in and one for the order confirmation page. Your cart and wishlist (when you are not logged in) are stored in your browser. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

7. Your rights

• Ask for access to your data.
• Have it corrected or deleted.
• Restrict or object to its processing.
• Withdraw your newsletter consent at any time.

8. Security

The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored encrypted, and only we can access orders and messages.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The version on this page is always the one in force.
