Payment

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Shipping is not included in product prices and is added to your order.

Cash on delivery

You pay cash when the courier hands over your order. There is no online payment and you don't need a bank card.

Confirmation by phone

After you send your order, we call you on the number you gave us to confirm it. We pack and ship your order only once it is confirmed.

If an item is no longer available, we tell you on the phone and you don't pay for it.

Shipping

We deliver throughout Kosovo. We don't deliver outside Kosovo at the moment.

When will my order arrive?

Items in stock usually arrive within 1–3 working days after we confirm your order by phone.

Items that can be ordered without stock, marked “Delivery in about 2 weeks”, arrive in about 2 weeks. When we call, we tell you when your order will arrive.

For team orders with printing, we give you the delivery time with the quote.

What does shipping cost?

Delivery within Kosovo costs €2.50 per order.
