2. Orders and the contract

The products in the online store are an invitation to order. When you send an order, you make an offer to buy. We call you on the number you gave us to confirm the order; the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by phone.

If we can't reach you after several attempts, we may cancel the order. If an item is unavailable, we tell you and you don't pay for it.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. The price shown when you send your order applies. Shipping is added as explained under Payment and shipping.

4. Payment

Payment is cash on delivery only, when you receive your order.

5. Delivery

We deliver within Kosovo only. Items in stock usually arrive within 1–3 working days after confirmation, items without stock in about 2 weeks. Delivery times are estimates.

Please check the parcel when you receive it and tell us straight away if it is damaged.

6. Right of withdrawal

Within 14 days of the day you receive your order, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. Tell us by phone, by email or through the contact form.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging and with their tags. You can bring them to the store or send them at your own cost. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the items, in cash at the store or by bank transfer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items, e.g. kits printed with names, numbers or logos to order. More under Returns.

7. Warranty

Your statutory consumer rights apply to faulty products. Contact us with your order number and a photo of the fault; we repair or replace the item or refund you, as the law provides.

Normal wear is not a fault: the latex of goalkeeper gloves, for example, wears with use.

8. Retention of title

Products remain our property until they are paid in full.

9. Personal data

How we use your data is explained in our privacy policy.

10. Law and disputes

The law of the Republic of Kosovo applies, in particular the Law on Consumer Protection. Please contact us first with any complaint; we try to settle it quickly.

11. Changes

We may change these terms. Each order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.
