Want to return an item?

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return an item, without giving a reason.

How to return an item

• Contact us within 14 days by phone, by email or through the contact form, and give us your order number.
• Bring the item to our store in Prishtina or send it by courier at your own cost.
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with its tags.
• We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item: in cash at the store or by bank transfer.

Exchanging a size

Wrong size? We exchange it for another size free of charge in our store, if we have it in stock. If you send it by courier, the shipping is at your cost.

What can't be returned

• Personalised items, e.g. kits printed with names, numbers or logos to order.
• Goalkeeper gloves that have been used in a match or in training: the latex wears from the very first use.

Faulty item?

If an item is faulty, contact us with your order number and a photo. Your statutory rights apply: we repair it, replace it or refund you.
