Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging and with its tags. More under Returns.

Contact us by phone, by email or through the contact form with your order number. Then bring the item to our store in Prishtina or send it by courier at your own cost.

Within 14 days of receiving the item: in cash at the store or by bank transfer.

Yes. We exchange it for another size free of charge in our store, if we have it in stock. If you send it by courier, the shipping is at your cost.

Personalised items (e.g. kits printed with names or numbers to order) and goalkeeper gloves that have been used in a match or in training.
